Windows performs the SFC scan in order to find out the causal reason of the error and it tries to fix that error. Step 1: First of all press the combination of keys Windows key + R in order to open Command Prompt or you can also put command cmd in the box visible to you or you can also press the Window logo key then put command cmd in search box.

Step 2: Now put the command sfc /scannow and hit the Enter key.

Step 3: Keep patience until your process is finished as it can take a little bit time.

Step 4: Restart your device for once to make the newly made changes effective.
